Exploring Through Sculpture w/ ALEXANDRA BAILLIERE
June 8 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Thursday, repeating until June 29, 2017
This four week class is perfect for artists, beginners and experienced, who want to make the leap from 2D to 3D. Working with paper mâché and found objects, we will create three dimensional forms with the emphasis being on creating artwork that is visually compelling on all sides. Three short slide presentations at the beginning of three of the classes will introduce artists to sculptors who are working three dimensionally and are using various materials in unexpected ways. Each of the two main projects will culminate with a discussion about our work and creative process.
Thursdays, June 8, 15, 22 & 29 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
$200, $160 OHCA members $25 materials fee
