O’Hanlon Center for the Arts invites you to submit work for our Online show:
Blue: An ONLINE Exhibition.
Juried by Sarah Shepard, Sarah Shepard Gallery
Deadline to submit on CaFE Oct 14, 11 pm pacific time.
Submission Fee is $30 or $25 for OHCA members for up to 3 works.
Artists will be notified by 5pm Oct 21 of juror selections.

In this exhibition BLUE is the HUE! So many intriguing shades of blue to work wit including cyan, cobalt, cerulean, azure, navy, indigo, periwinkle, royal, sapphire, steel, slate, sky or baby blue. Which ones inspire or challenge you? For this exhibit, the color Blue should figure prominently in your work. All media encouraged: sculpture, fiber, photography, collage, painting, mixed media.
Contemporary, expressionistic, abstract, exploratory, and/or experimental entries encouraged.

GALLERY POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS
Online Exhibits
By submitting artwork to be considered for any Exhibition, Artist understands and agrees to the following:
- Participants: Open to all artists age 16 and over.
- Artwork Eligibility: Works previously shown at the O'Hanlon Gallery online are not eligible.
- Exhibit Curation: For most exhibits, not all artists will have artwork selected for showing. Final artwork selections are up to the Exhibit Juror(s) and/or Installer/Curator, both of which vary from show to show.
- Artwork Sales: Buyers will pay Artist directly for any art sales. Artist agrees to contact OHCA of this sale and make a donation to OHCA of 30% of the sale price, on all sales of artwork within the first 60 days of the exhibition. This includes all artwork exhibited in an OHCA Gallery, in an online OHCA website gallery, and facilitated by OHCA. Donations to OHCA are tax-deductible to the extent permissible by law.
- Artwork Pricing: Artwork does not need to be for sale. You may mark a piece as NFS (Not For Sale) or POR (Price on Request.)
- Publicity: By submitting work, artists agree that photographic images and/or video of the artist and/or their artwork, in whole or in part, may be used by OHCA in various forms including but not limited to print, online and social media.
- Newsletter: Artists agree to be added to O'Hanlon Center newsletter mailing list and can unsubscribe at any time.
ABOUT THE JUROR:
Sarah Shepard
Sarah Shepard is an art industry professional with 19 years experience in the art world and is currently the owner of Sarah Shepard Gallery in Larkspur, CA, founded in 2018. Prior she was the Director of PHOTOFAIRS, San Francisco, a leading international fair dedicated to contemporary photography. Sarah worked in the auction world for 15 years at Christie’s, Sotheby’s and Phillips.
Skilled in managing client relationships and cultivating new opportunities within the art world, Sarah is experienced in advising clients on buying, selling and appraising. In addition to being on the Board of MarinMOCA, Sarah helps Bay Area arts institutions such as the Bolinas Museum, KALA Art Institute and Southern Exposure with their annual benefit auctions. She is an annual juror for the Youth in Arts Rising Stars Annual High School Art show and is on the auction & annual fund committees for Sun Valley School in San Rafael.
