WORKSHOP POSTPONED – New Date TBD
Sunday Oct 8, 2023, 10am to 3pm in the OHCA LOFT
Wabi-Sabi is an appreciation of the evanescence of life – reminding us that all things are imperfect, impermanent and incomplete. Just like we are!
Drawing on Wabi-Sabi perspectives, mindfulness practices and specific pen to paper writing exercises, we will use meditative techniques and evocative writing prompts to: step back from the inner critic, find your authentic voice, ground your writing in somatic experiencing and open to new ways of seeing, writing and being.
Suitable for writers of all levels. No prior meditation experience is necessary.
Please bring paper and pen and a bag lunch.
