Learn easy ways to elevate your style: taking old clothes that you no longer wear and creatively transforming them into new garments or accessories.

At this hands-on clothes up-cycling workshop, participants are invited to bring three clothes that need new life!

You will learn how to transform designs using a specific technique in sewing by hand.

Supplies Required:

• Garments to be upcycled (3 max)
• Desired design images / magazines
• Scissors medium size
• A fine-tip seam ripper
• Point turner
• Pins and hand sewing needle
• A selection of buttons, snaps, hook and eyes, zippers etc.

Jacqueline has been upcycling since she was 7 years old. She teaches practical HOW-TO’s for deconstructing apparel and reconstructing it into something that looks brand new and fashion forward.

This workshop is for all skill levels wanting to learn altering techniques and feel confident to start upcycling their wardrobe.
