2024 is over – what did you learn? Through guided art journaling and collage, we’ll reflect on the past year, uncover new insights, and set the stage for 2025. This unique workshop offers a creative and introspective process to help you gain perspective and move forward with intention. No artistic experience necessary – just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Session 1: Reflecting on 2024

Session 2: Manifesting 2025

Use insights from the first session to create a vision for what you’d like to manifest in the year ahead.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
Peggy has been leading art workshops since the age of 25, facilitating for organizations such as Montgomery College Community Services (Maryland), NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, and the Coaching Community of practice (Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network), along with her private art workshops in her art studio. She has also been facilitating virtual art/coaching workshops for the O’Hanlon Center for the Arts since the pandemic began.
Her studies at the San Francisco Art Institute and mentorship from renowned artists like Josef Albers, Josep Grau-Garrriga, and Ann O’Hanlon have shaped her artistic journey. She has exhibited at the former Sight & Insight Gallery in San Francisco, Strathmore Center for the Arts in Maryland and Johns Hopkins University.
In addition to her work as an artist, she is a certified Life Coach and Resilient Leadership Coach and a CranioSacral Therapist, bringing a holistic approach to creativity and personal growth.
