Sarah’s class is designed to support anyone seeking a steady, deeper practice.
All levels are welcome provided that you can move from a seated floor position to standing postures. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Other props such as blocks, blankets and straps are provided. The class location at O’Hanlon may shift weekly between the Loft, Gallery and possibly the outdoor deck.
Weekly Registration Required due to space limitations.
