POLICIES
Current Policies for O'Hanlon Center for the Arts (subject to change without notice.)
Registration Policies
Workshops and Events are scheduled on an on-going basis. Registration begins as soon as the workshops are published online. Please subscribe to our Newsletter for the latest updates.
You are encouraged to register early, as workshop size is limited, and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You may register in person, by phone, or online. If you register online, you will receive an email confirmation when your registration is complete. If the workshop is already full, you will not be able to register for that session, but may do so for a subsequent session.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
WORKSHOPS:
We will issue a refund minus $10 transaction fees if you cancel 7 or more business days before the 1st workshop date. If you cancel less than 7 business days before your workshop, you will be issued a credit for the amount of the workshop minus a percentage to be paid to the facilitator. The credit must be used within 6 months from the date of cancellation. If you do not cancel your registration and do not attend the workshop, no credit can be issued and you forfeit the workshop fee. If your workshop is cancelled by OHCA, you will receive a full refund. Individual facilitators may have their own cancellation policies — if so, this will be noted on individual workshop descriptions.
SPECIAL EVENTS:
No refunds are available for Special Events. We will be happy to change the name on a ticket, up to 24 hrs prior to the event. Contact the OHCA Office for any ticket changes.
Please do not hesitate to call us at 415-388-4331 with any questions.
