Class Registration Policies
O’Hanlon Center for the Arts offers programs in Visual Arts, Writing, Performing Arts, Children’s Programs, and Meditation, as well as several special events each year. Classes are scheduled on a quarterly basis. Registration begins as soon as the workshops are released online and continues up until the RSVP date listed in the program description.
You are encouraged to register early, as class size is limited and classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You may register in person, by phone, or online. If you register online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your registration is complete. If the class is already full, you will not be able to register for that session, but may do so for a subsequent session.
Registration Cancellation Policy: We will issue a refund minus $10 transaction fees if you cancel 7 or more business days before your workshop. If you cancel less than 7 business days before your workshop, you will be issued a credit for the amount of the class minus a percentage to be paid to the facilitator. The credit must be used within 6 months from the date of cancellation. If you do not cancel your registration and do not attend the class, no credit can be issued and you forfeit the workshop fee. If your class is cancelled by OHCA, you will get a full cash refund. Individual facilitators may have their own cancellation policies — if so, this will be noted on individual class descriptions.
